Important: While we update our database regularly, business information may become outdated. Email addresses, phone numbers, and other contact details should be verified before use. We are not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate data.

6. Billing and Payments

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

Non-payment of fees
At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
