Our editorial approach
Who publishes these guides
Leadz publishes this blog to help readers evaluate business contact data and plan useful prospecting workflows. “Leadz Editorial” identifies the publishing organization. It does not represent a named individual, a professional credential or an independent reviewer. Leadz sells access to business data and has a commercial interest in the product discussed here.
Evidence and examples
Product walkthroughs should describe supported behavior and identify when screenshots or inventory counts were captured. Data research should explain its selection, definitions, date and limits. Leadz inventory is not a census of an industry. Illustrative records, messages and calculations are labeled as examples; they are not customer results.
Business records, available email fields, deliverability, permission to contact a recipient and demonstrated buying intent are different things. Our guidance should keep those distinctions visible.
Sources and review
Where a guide depends on external technical requirements or data definitions, it should link to the relevant primary source. Sources belong beside the claim they support. Product claims and worksheet calculations should be checked before publication. This describes our editorial standard; it does not claim that every historical article has received a new human or expert review.
A named reviewer and review date are shown only when that review has been recorded. We do not invent contributors, qualifications, research findings or performance outcomes.
Dates and corrections
Publication dates identify the original publication when available. Revision dates reflect the article’s content record; they do not promise that every external source was rechecked on that date. Historical guides remain labeled by their original subject and period. Substantive corrections should preserve the existing article URL and explain material changes in the article.
If a claim or example appears inaccurate, contact Leadz with the article URL and the detail that needs attention.
Use the resources
Our worksheets and sample files support the guides. Check each resource’s labels and assumptions before applying it to your own records or campaign.
